Return Policy
SeaVision offers a 30-day return policy on all non-prescription masks. To qualify, the mask must be unused in any type of water and in brand-new condition.
Warranty Policy
SeaVision proudly provides a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects on all our mask products.
Mask Repair Request
SeaVision can often assist with repairs for issues like leakage, broken trim pieces, or missing purge valves. However, if your mask’s frame or strap clips are broken, we do not have replacement parts, and you’ll need to use our Remount Program. If your mask is too old to be repaired, we also recommend the Remount Program.
